This I-57 improvement project included milling existing HMA surface 3 ½” down to bare concrete, and replacing it with 2 ¼” of HMA binder and 1 ½” of HMA surface on the mainline and ramp pavement and the shoulders.  After milling the pavement was patched with Class A patches on the mainline and Class B on the ramps.  Pipe underdrains were installed along the entirety of the project.
